Using COMCEPT flexibly on tablets and additional workstations
Not every workstation is located right next to the main computer. Especially in the sales area, the refraction area or at an additional consulting station, it often makes sense to be able to work in a mobile and flexible way.
With an additional access solution, COMCEPT can easily be used on further devices such as tablets, notebooks or PCs. The software continues to run centrally on the main computer. All employees access the same COMCEPT environment and therefore always work with the current data.
In everyday work this means: a tablet can be used directly in the sales area, an additional PC in the refraction room or a further workstation in the office. Changes are immediately available at all workstations, without data having to be transferred or synchronised between different computers.
Location-independent access is also possible. With the appropriate setup, you can, for example, access your familiar COMCEPT workstation from your home office or another branch. You work in the same central environment as in the store – regardless of whether you use a PC, a notebook or a tablet.
COMCEPT remains centrally installed. This simplifies administration, ensures a consistent data set and enables flexible workstations.
